The Commission heard the one of the former owners of TV Company “Obiektivi”, Guram Kvirikashvili. According to him, in 2008, Nodar Charkhalashvili conveyed the share to him and then he granted the company and the license to the state. The Commission was interested what was the reason and the reason thereof.

 პარლამენტის რიგგარეშე სხდომაზე, დღის წესრიგის დამტკიცების შემდეგ, კანონმდებლებმა II - III  მოსმენით კანონპროექტთა ის პაკეტები განიხილეს და მიიღეს ერთხმად, რომლებიც კონსტიტუციაში განხორციელებულმა იმ ცვლილებებმა გამოიწვია, რომლებიც 2013 წლის მორიგი საპრეზიდენტო არჩევნების შედეგად არჩეული პრეზიდენტის მიერ ფიცის დადების შემდეგ უნდა ამოქმედდეს.
