The Bureau defined the daily agenda of the plenary session for today. The Bureau decided to consider the draft on Labor Code with the first reading. 

The next Bureau sitting will be held on April 22, at 15h00.

The Committee considered with the third reading the initiative of Giorgi Tsagareishvili, the draft law on change to the Forest Code.

According to the change, in order to transport and process the wood, obtained from the territory under the municipal unit and private property, the LEPL of the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources - National Forest Agency shall issue the certificate of origin under the relevant rule of the Organic law on Local Self-Government.
The Committee supported submission of the draft to the plenary session.

The Bureau considered and endorsed the daily agenda for the plenary session. The draft on change to the law on Prosecutor’s Office was withdrawn from the list, as consideration thereof was postponed to the next session week.
The Bureau decided to consider the draft organic law on change to the Labor Code of Georgia. The draft regulates the issues of the form of labor contract, term, working duration, overtime and remuneration thereof. The draft envisages protection of rights of employees.
