The Chair of the Committee on Budget and Finance, David Onoprishvili serves the working visit to USA where he delivered his speech at the International Conference “Geo-Policy and Prospects of Energy Resources of Eurasia”, organized by the New York Columbia University.

The majority leader, David Saganelize dedicated his briefing to the expenses by SSPS. As he noted, the Chair of the Committee on Procedural Issues and Rules, Irina Imerlishvili, the author of the changes to the law on SSPS, made the statement at the plenary session about the expenses and it appeared earth-shattering.

“We all knew that the President of Georgia, his family members and friends, were consuming the state budget but we could not imagine the scale of the expenses”, - he stated.

The Chair of the Committee on Human Rights and Civil Integration, Eka Beselia and the Deputy thereof, Ruslan Pogosiani met with the Members of the OSCE Delegation, Kaupo Känd and Vincent de Graaf to speak about the national minorities and their rights.

The Bureau endorsed the daily agenda for the plenary sessions of April 17-19. According to the First Vice-Speaker, Manana Kobakhidze, the Committee sittings have been held, entailing the changes to the daily agenda.
