Today, the Deputy-Chairman of the Parliament, Anzor Bolkvadze, single mandate MP of Khulo Municipality held the meetings in the Village of Ghorjomi of Khulo Municipality and listened to the problems of local residents. On the basis of the consultations held with Andria Urushadze, Minister of Labor, Health and Social Issues of Georgia, the list of socially vulnerable population will be re-checked and the problems will be taken into account. Despite of heavy snow and cold, rural roads are cleaned; the population is supplied with constant electricity and food products.

Deputy Chairman of the Parliament of Georgia, Gigi Tsereteli participated in the Conference where the research on drug situation was presented by the Chief Prosecutor.  The conference was attended by the members of the Parliament of Georgia, representatives of International and Georgian NGO sector and experts of the field.

With the legislative initiative of the government, the amendments are being introduced to the "Tax Code of Georgia”. Gia Khuroshvili, Parliamentary Secretary of the Government presented the draft law to the members of the Budget and Finance Committee.

The Parliament will listen to the annual address of the President of Georgia on the state priority issues next week. The Chairman of the Parliament of Georgia David Bakradze said this at today’s sitting of the bureau.
