The Committee considered with the second reading by articles the changes to the law on Police. The participants of consideration were the representatives of GYLA and NGOs. The remarks on sundry articles were expressed. The content and editorial changes have been adopted. The paragraph has been added to the article on special police control, envisaging obligation of police personnel to have installed online video-audio technique on uniforms upon special police control. The Committee clarified the conditions of preventive shot, according to the changes, assignment of police personnel shall be made via special contest. The Committee also considered with the second reading the drafts on changes to the laws on: Military Obligation and Military Service; State Internal Financial Control; Code of Administrative Offense. The minimal age of appointment of the judges has defined with 30 instead of 28 and the monitoring of activity of the judge during three years will be held by the Council of Justice. The Committee considered the draft by Shalva Shavgulidze on change to the organic law on General Courts with the first reading. the Committee supported the drafts.
