The CoE Procedural Committee will study the issue of non-admission of the representative of Russian Observation Mission, Vasili Likhachov to the country by the Georgian Monitoring Mission. That’s why the consideration of this issue was postponed till November. It refuses the opinion by the Russian Delegation members that the issue was postponed due to technical reasons, which is connected to the upcoming Presidential. The Georgian Delegation has developed the memorandum on this procedure and they suppose that upon consideration in November, the arguments thereby will be reasonable. On the basis of demand by Tina Khidasheli, the daily agenda of the CoE Bureau sitting included the issue on events on the occupied territories. The ALDE members attached particular attention to this issue. Mrs. Ana Gutu, on behalf of ALDE, made the evaluation and condemned these processes and demanded from Russia to implement the resolution on occupation by CoE. The Georgian Delegation plans to include the issue of enlargement of occupation zone into the daily agenda of January session.
