The tobacco manufacturers will have the possibility to use the zero taxing regime for raw material and production import till January 1, 2015. Exemption of tobacco material import from taxation is the initiative of Zurab Tkemaladze, who supposes that 12% rate on this production puts the importers in unequal conditions. The change to the Tax Code has already been developed on the request by DG Trade Holding BULGARTABAC. The Committee also considered the change to the Budget Code, harmonizing thereof with the Constitutional law of October 15, 2010. The Committee supported the drafts.
