Chair of the Foreign Relations Committee, Nikoloz Samkharadze, spoke to members of the Students’ Parliament about foreign policy priorities.

The meeting was held in a question-and-answer format and was attended by more than 100 students.

Nikoloz Samkharadze discussed the country’s foreign policy priorities, issues related to the EU and NATO integration, and the importance of parliamentary diplomacy.

The Chair of the Foreign Relations Committee also reviewed the country’s security environment and challenges, the situation in the occupied regions of Abkhazia and Tskhinvali, and threats stemming from Russia.

The discussion also covered regional security issues, including the war in Ukraine, developments in the Middle East, and their impact on the global security environment.
