Chair of the Foreign Relations Committee, Nikoloz Samkharadze, held a farewell meeting with the Ambassador of Bulgaria to Georgia, H.E. Vesselin Valkanov.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the existing bilateral relations between Georgia and Bulgaria, various areas of cooperation, and prospects for further deepening their partnership.

Particular attention was paid to the importance of exchanging bilateral visits at the parliamentary level.

Nikoloz Samkharadze thanked the Ambassador for his dedicated service and his significant contribution to strengthening cooperation between Georgia and Bulgaria. The Committee Chair wished Ambassador Valkanov every success in his future endeavors.
