The Procedural Issues and Rules Committee held an offsite sitting in the Ajara AR Supreme Council in Batumi.

The Committee, in line with the Rules of Procedure, deliberated on the response procedure to the MP question, covering the period from March 1, 2025, to May 31, 2025.

The conclusion shall be submitted to the Bureau.

The new Rules of Procedure of the Constitutional Committee, Legal and Procedural Affairs Committee of Ajara AR Supreme Council were introduced to the Committee; the document becomes effective as of July 1, 2025.

The emphasis was placed on the novelties in the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament, including the Articles envisaging the Interpellation procedures, annulment of the “Ministerial Hour”, the retitling of certain Committees, and the updated structure of the document itself.

The sitting was attended by the members of the Ajara AR Supreme Council.
