Kakha Okrojanashvili, the Secretary General of the Parliament of Georgia partaking in the Meeting of the Association of Secretaries General of Parliaments (ASGP) within the 150th IPU Assembly

The Association of Secretaries General of Parliaments (ASGP) held a meeting during the 150th (IPU) Assembly in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Kakha Okrojanashvili, the Secretary General of the Parliament of Georgia, attended the meeting.
The attendees placed particular emphasis on digital technologies and AI integration capabilities within parliamentary activity.
“Such meetings provide not only a platform for sharing professional knowledge but also foster collaborative opportunities. Our primary focus lies in the application of innovative technologies and artificial intelligence (AI) within the realm of parliamentary operations. To this end, I recently engaged in meetings with esteemed colleagues from diverse nations. I am confident that the amalgamation of our collective experiences will yield both intriguing and actionable outcomes”, - K. Okrojanashvili underscored.
The 150th IPU Assembly and ASGP facilitate the enhancement of international parliamentary cooperation and serve as a platform for joint resolution of global challenges. ASGP constitutes an international platform unifying the administrative officials of legislative bodies across the globe, facilitating the exchange of knowledge, joint development of effective parliamentary administration models and the deliberations on the application of hi-tech solutions.
