The First Vice-Speaker of the Parliament, Giorgi Volski, and the Chair of the Education, Science and Youth Affairs Committee, Mariam Lashkhi, attended the presentation of the 2025 activity report of the Ministry of Education and Culture of Abkhazia AR.

Participants of the event were briefed on the main areas of activity implemented by the Ministry in the fields of education and culture.

Emphasis was placed on the importance of close cooperation between the Government of the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia and the Parliament’s Interim Commission on the Restoration of Territorial Integrity and De-occupation.

In this context, particular attention was paid to initiatives related to the education of displaced youth and their integration into society.

The presentation was attended by members of the Government and the Supreme Council of Abkhazia AR, as well as representatives of the education and culture sectors.
