The Deputy Chair of the Sports and Youth Issues Committee and the member of the Parliamentary Delegation to the Assemblée Parlementaire de la Francophonie , Irakli Abuseridze participates in the 44th annual session in Quebec, Canada.

Within the visit, he held the introductory meeting with the Speaker of the National Assembly of Quebec and the President of the Assemblée Parlementaire de la Francophonie, Jacques Chagnon

The parties discussed inter-Parliamentary relations and future cooperation. The Committees on Parliamentary Affairs, on Cooperation and Development, on Political Affairs and on Education, Communication and Cultural Affairs held the sittings.

I. Abuseridze participated in the sitting of the Political Committee discussing the migration and IDPs within francophonie.

All national Delegations delivered the speeches.

The Assemblée Parlementaire de la Francophonie is being held annually and is attended by more than 350 delegates from 83 countries. The session will be accomplished on July 11.
