The Parliament terminated the Powers of MP for Irakli (Dachi) Beraia ahead of time. Per elucidation of David Matikashvili, the Chair of the Procedural Issues and Rules Committee, Irakli Beraia was appointed as the Deputy Justice Minister.

Pursuant to the Constitution of Georgia and the Rules of Procedure, the aforementioned position is incompatible with the mandate of the Member of Parliament. Hence, the Parliament approved the Draft Resolution on the termination of his Powers of MP.
