
The Speaker of the Parliament of Georgia, H.E. Shalva Papuashvili, has departed for an official visit to Ankara, the capital of the Republic of Türkiye.
During the visit, Sh. Papuashvili is scheduled to meet with the Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye, H.E. Numan Kurtulmuş.
The Georgian delegation, led by Sh. Papuashvili, includes Vice Speaker of Parliament Ilia Injia, Chair of the Foreign Relations Committee Nikoloz Samkharadze, Chair of the Defence and Security Committee Aleksandre Tabatadze, and Chair of the Georgia-Türkiye Parliamentary Friendship Group Giorgi Chkonia.
The Speaker's visit to Ankara will conclude on 18 June.
