
The Delegation of the Committee, headed by the Chair, Irakli Beraia serves a visit to Great Britain.
Within the framework of the visit, Georgian MPs will meet with the representatives of the legislative and executive authorities of the UK, high-rank members of the national security bodies and the heads of the analytical centers.
As I. Beraia noted, the visit aims at the further enhancement of the strategic partnership with the UK, provision of the British partners with information about the situation in the occupied regions and the security milieu in Georgia, further bolstering of the support in the de-occupation and the EU and NATO integration of the country, intensified support in further reinforcement of the national defense capacity and resilience, and development of parliamentary cooperation.
The Delegation is composed of the Vice-Speaker, a member of the Committee, Irakli Chikovani; the First Deputy Chair of the Committee, Alexander Tabatadze; the First Deputy Chair of the Environmental Committee, and a member of the Defense Committee, Khatia Tsilosani.
