The Interim Commission on Women and Children held the presentation of the project “Hero Day” held in Telavi.

The Chair of the Commission, Mariam Lashkhi, delivered a welcome address; she reviewed the objectives and importance of the project and noted that the presentation will be held in other municipalities as well. 

The Deputy Chair of the Commission, Eka Sepashvili, the Commission members Rima Beradze and Vladimir Bozhadze, as well as the representatives of the local authorities, also addressed the attendees. 

The presentation was held in the Historical Museum of Telavi and was attended by the children of Telavi Public Schools. The lecture “The life of the holy great martyr Ketevan and her journey from the kingdom of Kakheti to her martyrdom” was presented.

The children had a tour in the Museum.
