The Chair of the Faction “Georgian Dream – for Powerful Georgia”, Bidzina Gegidze met with the interns and introduced the objectives and tasks of the Faction, established a couple of months ago.

“Our goal is to create the powerful and unified Georgian state where the interests of the citizens will prevail. Human rights protection is paramount for our Faction and the primary task of the Faction is to ensure enhancement of the Parliamentary oversight. Our Faction is always open for the citizens and we never evade from the acute debates and discussions. We want to contribute in construction of powerful Georgian state”.

He touched upon the territorial integrity stating that the reasonable policy will ensure solution of this problem. “We shall show the number of benefits to Abkhazian and Ossetian people that Georgia can offer. We shall warn-up the relations, restore the links. Although slow but we still make steps in this direction. We are the parts of one united country”.

He spoke about urban planning problem: “ecology is particularly acute. Illegal constructions and protection of cultural heritage monuments are not the simple issues but require hard work”.

He introduced the new initiative concerning the legal regulations of internship and definition of the intern status, as well as consideration of internship as the working experience.
