The EU Integration Committee, Maka Botchorishvili held a meeting with the Ambassador of China, H.E. Zhou Qian and deliberated on the Georgia-China cooperation, touching upon bilateral and multilateral formats of collaboration.

The parties stressed the strategic significance of Georgia for the region and the value of EU integration for the country, as well as the China-Georgia relations and aspects of strategic cooperation.

The emphasis was placed on the effective application of new advantages benefited to the country upon the strategic partnership of the two countries
