The Parliament elected Giorgi Volski as the First Vice-Speaker, and Tea Tsulukiani and Nino Tsilosani as Vice-Speakers. Pursuant to the Rules of Procedure, the Parliament, with the term of its authority and by the majority of its full composition, shall elect the First Vice-Speaker and the Vice-Speakers among the Members of Parliament.

The First Vice-Speaker shall be elected with the nomination of the Speaker, while three Vice-Speakers are elected with the nomination of the majority of the Parliamentary Majority MPs.
