The Culture Committee deliberated on the priorities and key directions of the Action Plan 2025.

According to the Chair of the Committee, Giorgi Gabunia, the Action Plan is based on the key directions as follows: development of the policy document and law-making activity; oversight activities; public relations and communication; and the organizational development of the Committee.

Hence, the Committee has developed four strategic objectives.

“The strategic objectives of the Committee envisage the evidence-based policy document development and coordination of the law-making activities; organization of the oversight activity of the Committee in the execution of the Laws, improvement of the operation of the sector institutions, the monitoring of the fulfillment of the recommendations issued by the Committee, informing the parties concerned about the activity of the Committee and the novelties in the sphere, and the enhancement of the organizational capacities of the Committee in view of the effective realization of the mandate”, - he stated.

The Action Plan consists of 15 tasks in total for the fulfillment of the strategic objectives. The Committee approved the document.
