According to her, the internship and practical courses in the Ministry are regulated under the respective Decree of the Minister.

In addition, in view of maximal approximation with the national legislation, the norm has been modified, whereas the amount of the remuneration of the paid internship in the central staff of the Ministry shall be determined in an order established under the law, however, the hereof rule shall not apply to the internship abroad.

“Given the aforementioned aspect, the draft law has been developed, introducing an exceptional norm to the law. This allows the Ministry to regulate the internship and their remuneration issues abroad under the legal act of the Ministry”, - she reported.
