Independent MP, Tamar Charkviani held a meeting with the Czech Ambassador, H.E. Petr Mikyska to discuss the political situation in Georgia.

The parties emphasized the Municipal Elections and the second round on October 30, as well as the arrest of the first President of Georgia, Mikheil Saakashvili, and his rights and health state.

“At the meeting, we discussed the political processes in the country and the Municipal Elections. I delivered a letter to the Ambassador concerning Mikheil Saakashvili and based on the guarantees ratified under Article 6 of the European Convention on Human Rights”, - T. Charkviani stated.
