The diaspora program is implemented by the National Center for Teacher Professional Development. In 2025, within the framework of the program, a new educational electronic platform, “Georgian Language for Emigrants,” was created, enabling up to 3,080 students living in 82 countries to participate in the learning process remotely.
As part of the same program, a component of value-based education clubs is also implemented, led by clergy with the support of the Patriarchate of Georgia.
The winning students of the Georgian language competition and the teachers involved in the diaspora program were awarded certificates and gifts.
The event was attended by representatives of the legislative and executive authorities, as well as the Patriarchate.
