The Chair of the Defense and Security Committee, Irakli Beraia held a meeting with the trainees of the Defense Institution Building School and deliberated on the role of the Parliament in national security.

He informed the attendees about the authorities of the Parliament, the Defense Committee and the Trust Group.

The discourse included the key activities of the Committee, the lawmaking, oversight and parliamentary diplomacy and the regional security milieu.
